Final Cut: Death on the Silver Screen Review

This is an excellent mystery detective game. From the opening scene right through to the end, this hidden object puzzle adventure game has plenty to stimulate any detective game fan!

Atmosphere: Spine-tingling eerie! Created by the creaking sound effects of the old mansion and enhanced by the spooky background music. And the voice-overs for the characters are also well done.

Story: a unique and engaging storyline which as it unfolds draws you in!

Visuals: beautifully illustrated, especially the Art Deco mansion, which evokes the golden era of cinema. Visually, it is full of really nice detail especially the hidden object scenes.

Gameplay: there are plenty of clues to collect, loads of items to piece together to use in your adventure and challenging puzzles to solve. This mystery game also includes many mini-games too. The complex devices and locks that you have to work out are especially interesting.
